    Before filling in this application, please note that we will require scanned ID (Drivers Licence or Passport) and each family member over 18 years are required to submit a completed copy of the provided Police Vetting Form.

    If you are unable to provide scanned documents (ID and Police Vetting), you may skip the digital submission here and drop them into reception during normal school hours, 8.00am - 4.30pm.
