Hockey

Congratulations to the Chilton 7-aside Hockey team!  These girls have had a stellar season winning most of their games culminating in the Final for 1st or 2nd in the 7-aside grade on Wednesday. An amazing effort on Wednesday to take 2nd in this Final. Well done girls.  You have worked so hard this season and you are a beautiful team to watch. Thank you the parents of this game for your upmost support.

Huge thanks go to Anneke Wackrow and Nin Roberts as co-coaches of this team.  A fitting final game for Shane Clark as manager of Chilton Hockey.  Shane has been the manager for quite a few years.  Shane, we will miss you – your enthusiasm, organization and driving skills will be massively missed!  Good luck for your future endeavors.

Netball

Congratulations to Anna Roddick.  Anna is one of ten Hutt Valley players to be selected for the 2021 Netball Zone Pulse Age Group Tournament. It is part of Netball NZ’s Zone Development Programme.

The Tournament is held in Palmerston North in October. Good luck Anna. This is fantastic achievement for Anna and comes off the back of an impressive season for the Senior A Netball team.
