Facilities
Our Lower Hutt campus, on Waterloo Road is surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens that provide a backdrop for the 105 yearold main building that is a legacy to our founder Geraldine FitzGerald. Our girls study in light airy classrooms, with spaces that lend themselves to creative thought and motivated learning.
With our own netball, tennis courts and swimming pool, we offer weekly Physical Education classes with a specialist teacher. We use our large sports ground for a range of exciting group activities. A new covered astroturf area allows for all weather activities.
All Middle and Senior School rooms are specialist classrooms, reflecting passion for each subject.
Bring your own device
Computer use is no longer limited to IT labs and is integrated into all subjects and classrooms. The school provides pods of iPads for use by Preschool through to Year 4. These are managed by the school and are incorporated into the curriculum, providing opportunities to expand knowledge and introduce new learning experiences. For Years 4 to 13 the preferred device is a modern laptop.
