Preschool Weekly Bulletin – 22 October

Preschool News

Over the term break we said goodbye to Aimee Qin and Melody Han, who are both embarking on their Primary School years at Chilton. We wish them all the best and thank both girls and their whānau for everything they have contributed to Preschool over their years with us. We will see you around the school grounds!

Our current curriculum focus area for our tamariki at Preschool has been discovering the wonderful world of Animals. Our Penguins have been learning some sign language names for animals, the Maui and Kea children have enjoyed building farms, and the Kotare group has been investigating all things Dinosaur.

Next Wednesday we will take part in ‘Wig Wednesday’ (see Storypark and your emails for more information); we can’t wait to see all the children’s crazy hair!!

Please remember that we are closed for Labour Day this coming Monday.

Have a wonderful long weekend.

Ngā mihi

Lucy Bayliss
